Now, let’s break it down. When you feel that burning desire to take action on a goal, you have precisely 5 seconds to make a move or risk your brain putting that goal aside. So, what do you do? You channel your inner Mel Robbins, countdown from 5 and shout (as loud as you possibly can), “GO!” Then, you move like lightning towards that action. Mel Robbins started using this rule when she found herself unwilling to leave the comfort of her cozy bed.


But as soon as she counted down from 5 and sprung into action, she realized something remarkable: her mind couldn’t sabotage her in those precious seconds of courage. It was a game-changer for her morning routine. But where does one start ?
